With a recent change in the legislation in 2017, Turkish Republic started to grant citizenship to the individuals who invest in Turkey without a mininum residence requirement.

2. Send us an initial deposit to initiate the process.
3. We fly you to Turkey to:
   • Open a bank account: you will be able to use it for real estate transactions.
   • Sign power of attorney contract: this will allow us to legally represent you in Turkey.
   • You may also use this time to visit real estate properties.
4. Purchase Turkish real estate worth at least USD 250,000$. You must hold this property for a minimum of 3 years.
5. Receive your Turkish passport 3-6 months later.

The following are not requirements for obtaining the passport:

• Speak Turkish
• Reside in Turkey for a minimum duration
• Be present in Turkey during the citizenship by investment application process
