• Real estate investment: USD 250,000$. This is an investment, not a cost. You can rent the property and/or re-sell it after the 3 years.
• All Inclusive Fee: USD 10,000$. This is a fee you pay to us directly. It will cover all expenses from beginning to reception of passport. It includes:
  • Plane tickets and accommodation
  • Legal assistance
  • Passport application fees
  • Bank account opening fees
  • Access to our network of expert advisors
  • Translators/interpreters (English, Turkish and Chinese)
